Lacey made the decision to help others who were struggling as well and is now a Certified Personal Trainer & Health Coach. On a mission to help other woman conquer their goals, without the agony and stress she went through.
Lacey is a mama and wife, who left her corporate job to pursue her passion in Health & Fitness. She is here to help you reach your goals and maintain them!
